Kavahana vs Koa Kava Instant (2026): Which True Instant Kava Wins?

Kavahana built its instant the way a kava bar would. The brand runs kava bars in Los Angeles, and Kava Nectar is its bar kava dried into a powder: noble Vanuatu root, juiced, cold-pressed, and dehydrated, with the fiber gone so it dissolves in water with a stir. It comes in three editions from the same base, Classic for sociable evenings, Balance for a clearer head, and Relax for winding down, which is the most useful thing any instant brand does for a newcomer who does not yet know whether they want heady or heavy. What we cannot tell you is how strong it is. Kavahana states lab testing and a noble Vanuatu source but publishes no kavalactone milligram figure per serving and no COA library, so the 2.5 g serving is the brand's guidance, not a potency you can compare to Koa's 5 to 7 g.
