Every review and guide on Kava Review is published by The Kava Review Desk, our independent editorial team. We're the people checking the kavalactone numbers against the lab reports so you don't have to.

Our promise.

01COA-first, always. No product gets ranked with numbers unless it has a published, batch-matched third-party lab report, and the label's kavalactone claims have to match it. It's the whole reason we exist.
02Independence over payouts. We earn affiliate commissions on some links, but verdicts are set on the merits before money is considered. A brand can't buy a spot, a badge, or a softer sentence. See our disclosure.
03No health claims, ever. We report what the documents say and how the kava drinks, never medical outcomes. We read published lab reports; we don't run a lab, and we're not doctors.
